absolutely awful customer service. I was promised free service until my bug issues were resolved. They were never resolved and I never said they were. I was promised by Jessica, the branch manager, that my payment information would be deleted and I would get 2 free services to resolve the bug issues - we would THEN discuss if my issues were resolved and if I wanted to restart service. Patrick is very punctual. He was on time and thoroughly explained billing, what he was doing today, and what to expect in the future. Dennis was also here to do an inspection. He showed me photos of what he found, as well as areas of concern. I’m very glad I made this call
