If you want honest service, I strongly recommend choosing a different company. I originally called Orkin because I heard scratching sounds above my laundry room ceiling and wanted to confirm whether I had rats in my attic. I even showed the sales representative, Dennis, video footage of the noise. A few months earlier, I had previously dealt with a rat issue caused by a hole on the side of my house, but that had already been repaired and resolved before Orkin ever came out.
