absolutely awful customer service. I was promised free service until my bug issues were resolved. They were never resolved and I never said they were. I was promised by Jessica, the branch manager, that my payment information would be deleted and I would get 2 free services to resolve the bug issues - we would THEN discuss if my issues were resolved and if I wanted to restart service.
