I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with Orkin was extremely disappointing. I hired Orkin for a one-time wasp extermination because I am allergic to wasps and wanted the issue handled professionally. I was charged $369.13 for the service. The technician was on my property for approximately 11 minutes. He greeted us when he arrived, but left without reviewing the service, explaining what had been treated, answering any questions, or even letting us know he was finished.
