I scheduled an emergency appointment a day in advance for my elderly mother’s home and they ghosted us. Never showed up, I called 4 times, no explanation, no phone call. Just a complete no show. I waited at the property for 3 hours. Thanks for nothing.

Only Orkin inspector found evidence of termites and Only Orkin had an affordable monthly option with one service for both underground termites and the other ones. It was very reasonable. Technicians came out and within a few hours treated the house inside and out and put in bait stations for the subterraneans. They were very professional and good people.
