The guys that come to the house are ALWAYS professional and will ALWAYS go the extra mile. Haven’t regretted going with them once!
I would not recommend Orkin. I decided to use Orkin to treat our house for termites by fumigating/tenting our house. The salesperson, Dylan, was very professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable. So, I made the commitment for the tenting and a 10-year termite warranty. Unfortunately, it was downhill from there. The tenting subcontractor broke 65 roof tiles and marred several interior walls. We cleaned or repainted the affected interior walls. Orkin notifies me of when my service is going to be and contact me the day of. It makes it easy for me to know what to point out to them when they come for the day of service always friendly always helpful.

Incredibly disappointed with their service. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. For the past five years, the technicians constantly change and there’s no consistency. About twice a year I have to argue with someone about the prices because they automatically increase them drastically without notifying you. Today my services went up by $18 without notice!
