Staff courteous and respectful. Not overly attentive to detail. Disappointed in placement of traps for rodents. Only placed where crawl space opening is i.e. one area only, not spread around in different locations under house. Technicians do not crawl underneath house to inspect or place traps. Visual check only with flashlight. Took 2&1/2 months to catch 2 rodents.

Nicholas from Orkin came to help me with a serious rodent problem. He was professional right from the get-go. Signed a contract for exactly what was quoted me on the phone which inspired trust immediately. His work was thorough and he explained everything he applied in detail for me.
