Very happy with their work used them before. Great service.
I have called them 4 times that I cannot have them come on any days other than Tuesday and Wednesday and they keep scheduling them to come on days that’s aren’t Tuesday and Wednesday this is the worst customer service you can imagine. Unprofessional and do not value their customers schedule they will not arrive on time I’ve had that happen too.
Inspector lied saying I had bedbugs. When I asked for him to show me proof, he couldn't. Then went on to try and charge me $1200 for a service I didn't need. Had another company come out and do an inspection. They didn't find anything after a very thorough inspection. Straight up said the Orkin guy lied. The other company I used is called Palisades.
Thomas was great. He arrived on time and was very professional. He even suggested free annual services that we had forgotten about.
Warren was a delight! He was thorough! He took the time to explain stuff to us, went way out of his way to serve us. 2+ hours travel time on the weekend because of the emergency we had!! His attention to detail was so comforting. Their customer service in the beginning was such a pleasure to deal with! 10/10 recommend!
