He always does a fantastic job!
Customer service is awful. Frustrated with the lack of communication and we still have bugs! This is our first season with Orkin and we have had spiders and scorpions even after they have come to spray 2 weeks prior. Customer service reps cancelled appt without calling because she read a transcript of a voicemail instead of listening to the voicemail. Wont fix or take ownership of their mistakes and force the customer to just deal with it. Its goes on and on and on.
