. My grandparents hired this company to treat their home for bedbugs. The technician came out, but unfortunately, the problem was never fully resolved. They were given a one-month warranty, but when they tried to call the company multiple times for a follow-up, no one returned their calls until after the warranty had expired. This was very disappointing and felt like poor customer service, especially for elderly clients who trusted them to handle the issue properly.
