Great service. The person I spoke to on the phone was very thorough and went over the process in detail. They got us in same day for service and both the inspector and technician that came out gave me a call to let them know when they’d be arriving which was very helpful. Top quality customer care.
Our technician was as prompt, efficient, informative, and very polite. I was happy to have James working in our home.
This was our annual inspection. Very thorough.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We hired them back in 2022 for a bat issue. When they came to install installation and ridge guards in the attic, they only put the installation. We called them multiple times after their was still bat issues. Took at at least 2 weeks for a returned phone call. When they came back they told us oh ooopps only half the service was completed. They rescheduled us for the ridgeguards only after we had to harass them numerous times. Have had continuous issues with the bats. So we keep calling for t... read more
