We have been with Orkin for many years now. While there service has been acceptable, we are concerned that for the last 1 1/2 - 2 years we have had a different service person on every treatment appointment. We were used to the person we had and it was nice when they came because they knew what to do depending on the season. Now we have to explain all that needs to be done at every service. Thinking that we might have to research a different company so that we can get back on track and feel comfortable again.
