Every time!!! Caesar exceeds expectations. Once again‼️‼️ Caesar is amazing… very thorough and he demonstrates customer care. We absolutely recommend Orkin and great techs like Casesar. I would also recommend getting on schedule for the treatments. It has been a GameChanger for us.
We paid for an initial inspection which included treatment for over $240. Their treatment the initial day was three traps with ZERO bait. Then we pay $60+ a month for follow ups. They didn’t come out the following month because “it takes time to catch animals,” well, if you don’t put bait obviously it’s going to take a VERY long time. Then they tried to sell us a $4,400 plan. Overall, so disappointing & customer service was extremely rude.

I have never been treated as rudely as I was from Brian in the McKinney office. At first meeting him at the door, he blew off my pest issue. I had to emphasize that it's an issue that wasps are coming into my house. We'd called a few months back and he did the same thing, saying that they would die off. They didn't! Earlier, the agent, over the phone, told me that if needed, they can call in a crew to get to the second level of a home. But Brian said that he didn't have a ladder.
