First time around it was good but this second reenrollment has been absolutely terrible. 1. The “salesman” or whoever sets up the initial service misled me about the price and when I called because there were more charges than expected, they didn’t seem to care at all about his dishonesty. 2. There is absolutely no communication. I would schedule the follow up for a time and day that works for me and they would cancel it and set a different day without contacting me at all and I would have to call multiple times just to figu... read more
