Paid for the initial inspections and treatment, had an appointment scheduled for a return treatment, appointment was rescheduled without notice. I called and they had no reason as to why. I then had to ask they get me in right away after sitting waiting for them for 2 hours the day that they rescheduled. They came and treated inside and out. I had already paid for the inside and outside treatment plus fogger for mosquitoes. Was told they would be back Wednesday of this week. No show or call. Website down today so unable to s... read more
Orkin showed up with sprayer in hand and did no sort of examination of the source or cause for the ants., no warning to prepare the house to just have the baseboards sprayed. Lacks sophistication and training when asking the employee questions and had to direct him outside to show where a source could be. Very disappointing, can do this service myself.
Steve was very kind, he answered all my questions, was quick and efficient and made sure to ask whatever questions necessary to complete his job.
Ethan is a good technician. He always tells me what he has seen and the actions he is taking to keep Mickey Mouse outside.
