I originally made an appointment for a coming day and time they were suppose to arrive and spray. When the appointed time came and no one showed up, I called the company and they told me they were just running behind and would still come that day. At the end of the day, when no one showed up, I called the company and they told me I didn’t have an appointment time even though I got their email confirming the appointment time I originally had. Long story short, they did a good job when they finally showed up a few days later.
Clifton was an extremely knowledgeable and helpful technician. Excellent customer service, 10/10 service. Definitely earned a repeat customer.
Do not recommend! When they guy came out to spray he acted as if he did not want to be here stating he was supposed to be off this day. Missed multiple areas in the home, spray did not work two weeks later we were still seeing bugs. Then we called to have another spray in between since we were still seeing spiders and ants, were charged for this visit then we had to cancel the appointment just due to our schedules. To whom it may concern!!! I paid 3400.00$ Dollars to get rid of Bed bug's. Never got a follow up or even a call for that matter & I still have the problem. Thank you Orkin for absolutely nothing!!! You have 3400.00$ of my money & I still have the same issues. I WILL LET THE WORLD KNOW THAT YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE NOT WHAT THEY SHOULD BE!!! COME FIX WHAT YOU WERE PAID 3400.00 DOLLARS TO DO & ILL GIVE YOU A BETTER REVIEW. BUT UNTIL THEN??? ILL TELL THE WORLD WHAT A CRAPPY JOB YOU DID!!!!!!
