I tried to work with this company for a couple of months, but every month there was a new issue. I made several attempts to resolve the problems before finally deciding to cancel my service. After I requested to cancel, Chris, the Service Manager in Fort Worth, repeatedly texted me trying to convince me to keep my service. Jennifer Goodman was wonderful when she inspected my house for termites. She found lots of problems that need to be addressed with rats and such. She will come back tomorrow to meet with my family to discuss what needs to be done to make the house better.
Zero stars. Orkin was a disaster from the start. During my 6 month service, the technician, David, couldn’t manage basic professionalism. I had to repeatedly ask him to wear booties, and half the time he showed up without them, even refusing to come inside during an active ant problem because he “didn’t have any.” If a technician is stomping through attics full of rodent feces and still refuses to wear booties in my home, that tells you everything about Orkin’s standards.
