updating my review : Steve was extremely helpful and got us on the schedule quickly to come back out and spray. Mike was very thorough and friendly. I really appreciate them and they took great care of the yard. They both communicated everything and were very transparent, I am very happy with my service and I do recommend Orkin.

I am not impressed, I do not recommend. They came out September 3 to spray for a black widow infestation on a 1/2 acre property just outside. I made note specifically to spray the cabana, the sw shed, and the storage under the sunroom. None of which was sprayed looking back through camera footage. We have found countless black widows since. They were only here for 15 mins for 312.00$. The sprayed the base of the house and that was it. Initial appointment with Marcelino was great! He is very knowledgeable, & personable. Did a skilled job. Marcelino gave us a superior customer service experience and we look forward to our next appointment with him in 2 months!

Our tech Marcelino was friendly, fast and efficient! Hoping our follow up shows they have gone. Sprayed, looked around for access points and helped get us on a plan to keep the creepy crawlers out!!
