Good luck getting anyone to call you back if you want service. I had been trying to get in touch with the Orkin "Laredo branch" for 4 days, but I would never get a call back. Even the representatives at the 877 number were having trouble getting in touch with anyone at the Laredo Office. When finally someone got in touch with me, it was via TEXT message. I have called the 800 number twice, was transferred to the Laredo office, left several voicemails and not even a single response. Very disappointing

If I could give a rating of zero, I would. The fact that they would take money and not be able to refund even a partial part of the service when they DID NOT catch a single mouse is Absurd! You have to pay money upfront, with no guarantee that you even have mice... Worst experience I ever had. This was for my grandma and they didn't even want to hear any of my concerns. They just got their money and set up traps. That's it. You might as well set traps on your own at that point and save your $450! Absolutely do not recommend.

Still waiting on a call back. After calling the main line and the business line. They just keep promising to call back while my yard keeps getting more infested with black widows.
