Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Orkin. My experience with Orkin and their technician, Sophal Nhim, was unacceptable. During the visit, he made unsolicited and microaggressive comments about whether I bought my home on my own and questioned what I do for work. Those comments were completely irrelevant to the service I requested and felt intrusive and inappropriate. To make matters worse, the actual pest treatment was poorly done. We have an issue with undescript animal eating through baseboards in certain spots. The tech did a through inspection and determined our issue was entering a crawl space through some loose bricks under a deck. She also sprayed the entire perimeter for carpenter ants including the soffits. I would recommend this tech who is personable and I believe to be honest and trustworthy.
