This location and their technicians are so wonderful to work with! We've had our home serviced by them for the last year and a half and I'm grateful for their help. The office staff are always so pleasant to speak to, and their technicians are efficient, friendly, and effective. I'd give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could!
The first time they came out to treat for regular pest control and we paid extra for flea service. For mine and my mom’s house we paid $189 A PIECE. 2 weeks later we saw no improvement with the fleas. I called back to let them know that and they sent 2 more people out, the guy I felt was a little rude but they sprayed again. STILL NO IMPROVEMENT. Amazing experience with this company! Their reception is so kind and helpful, she was able to get me scheduled promptly and answered all the questions I had. I'm starting a small business and required a report in order to receivet establishment license. If you live in the Anniston area, you will find no better extermination service than this outfit. Aside from the initial consultation fee they are same price as all other service providers but are hands down the best in the business, as I had used Orkin before in Atlanta and same exceptional service in Anniston as Atlanta.
