My original review was 5 star and very positive. Had the service for two years. I have since canceled there service. I have bait boxes around my property. They charge extra for each box and 25$ per box. Np I thought they would service them. After one visit the technician just sat in his truck for 25 mins while I was home. Not once did he check and bait boxes. I ordered a key off Amazon to inspect to make sure my suspicion was correct, and it was. Completely empty. Professional, friendly. Had a black ant problem last Summer haven't seen one since orkin started. Happy with my service.
