Very professional and thorough and polite spraying asking questions if I have seen any insects. I have had Orkin for 25+ years! 5 stars
Pest Control Technician was knowledgeable. However inspector did not do a thorough investigation outside of home for rodent entry points.I noticed vents uncovered in back of home ( potential rodent entry point) after service was completed. He did not notice it. He inspected basement and garage pretty good. Gave good recommendations. I wish he could have showed me where the traps were set in the attic in person or with pictures. Very good service. Terry is very pleasant when he comes to the house.
We are not receiving notice of appointments. I haven't received the bill this month yet, so I was surprised of the appointment. But I paid the tech so that the bill is payed on time.
