Service Technician let me know he was on the way and when he arrived I was informed at my address. Technician came in the time frame of the appointment and answered any questions I had. On the June 28th visit the technician had already started when he arrived. Got back home just to let him know I had dropped my step-son off at his work and continued the treatment to finish.
