Very knowledgeable and very thorough inspection and fast service
Called and scheduled. Told me everything was great and time was perfect. Called less than 3 min utes later saying they had no one available. Just a scam subcontractor where they tell you one thing so you agree and then tell you something else a little later to keep you on the hook. Customer service Called me and then kept asking why I called them. Not a good company. Go for plunketts.
My mother had Orkin for 3 years. I am writing this for her since she is not computer literate. Orkin did not come to do her last service so she called and they came one time. She got her bill and was charged 4 different service calls, which automatically came out of her account. When she called into the office the woman who was on the phone was completely rude and unhelpful. She claimed the services were split in half and that services were done when they were not.
