I have not had a good experience with orkin. I paid close to $500 and saw no relief from some American roach problems that we were having. I expressed concern and got zero response. quiten frustrating. I will be trying to contact higher level emplyees to understand what the real issue is here. because this was strange.
Luis is one of the best technicians Orkin has! He’s timely and pleasant, attentive and detailed. He thoroughly sprays while also keeping things like our dogs water bowls in mind. He’s always kind and we KNOW our needs are met when he comes by.
