Horrible first time experience.
Tech was very professional and polite. Went out of his way to teach me some preventative tasks& removed mud diner nest that my pest company hadn’t done.✅
The gentlemen who came were understanding about my home. My husband is ill and it’s breaking difficult to keep up with housekeeping. They were very kind.
This was our first treatment by Orkin. We're waiting to see the results, but Mark was on time and very informative, friendly, and professional. We feel we made a good choice. Update: We required a second treatment for drain flies and spiders. We're seeing less of them after the second treatment, but I'm sure nothing is 100%. They will come out and retreat free anytime between treatments.
I have worked with Keith Vaz and his team (Jason, Jacob, Hunter, Nathan) and they have been amazing to work with! They went above and beyond to help me out! Everyone is so patient and kind and as a customer I feel very well taken care of!
