We’ve been using Orkin for many years and have always had excellent service from them. The main person, who performs our service, is Kyle. He is fantastic!!! Kyle is a hard worker and very knowledgeable. He worked for upwards of a year to help resolve a serious bug problem we had after lending someone our air compressor, who apparently had an infestation at their place and we were not aware. He takes his time and is very thorough when he performs our standard service. We appreciate Kyle and Orkin.
My Orkin serviceman, Owen Parker, is thorough, efficient, and very friendly.
They do not guarantee any work and only upsell you. Don't do basic service. Ended up having to hire Terminix to solve.
I've been using Orkin since 2018 and will continue to do so. I recommend them to friends and family members who are seeking pest control. They are reliable!
