Update: today 5/27/26 marks 4th "no call no show" by orkin reps. Meaning 4th day out of work this month waiting for a technician for them to cancel last minute. I gave you all 4 chances.... I have cancelled today due to terrible communication and service. My Account #39525864 please look at your records and fix the mistakes you have made. You have lost a longtime customer today. I am very disappointed with the recent service and lack of follow-up from Orkin. The last technician’s visit was underwhelming, and the service did not feel thorough. He suggested that the entire second floor did not need to be sprayed or protected, and from our observation, the exterior was also not addressed properly. He also did not seem open to our suggestions or concerns. We previously had excellent service, which is why we continued with Orkin. Unfortunately, this recent experience has been very different. Orkin in Harrisburg Pa has dramatically changed and the change is NOT good. First, Orkin scheduled an appointment at a rental without our or the tenant's knowledge. (Our lease requires a 24 hour notice of such appointments. Of course, that did not happen.) The tenant did not allow Orkin in so Orkin did a OUTSIDE ONLY inspection which was not okay with us.
