So my card didn't go through they waited 3 months to contact me about it telling me my billing now 143 when they come out its always hurry up and get done service had them for years the branch manager jim tells me he will into it why did they wait 3 months to call you says I'll look into it and call you back never calls back I'll call in again lady says he will call you back never does they treat there customers poorly i paid my bill on time ever month for years wont ever recommend this company
absolute garbage. charged 300 dollars for someone to spend 10 minutes at my house spraying the perimeter and the hornet issue wasn’t fixed. no refund and no offer to do it again to try fixing the problem. extremely unprofessional and extremely rude.
The service used to be great with Joe. Then they switched my technician who proceeded to charge me without doing any actual visits. Customer service, billing, and management will not respond back to address the concerns.
They're doing a good job keeping the termites away.
Save your money and don’t get locked in to this. Have had them for over a year and they have yet to have any affect on the carpenter ants in my yard. They’ll spray, shrug, and leave them charge you $74 a month
