I had appointment’s set up by text, then the day before they moved it to the next day by text, never showed up and never called. Around one week later they rescheduled for a Saturday and I was sick and canceled in the morning, I did talk to a real person that time, then I was in the hospital for part of the week. I have Ben trying to reschedule but I can’t get a real person on the phone, 10 minutes on hold at least 5 times, different days.
