Tony was my Orkin representative. He did not show for a pre-scheduled appointment by Orkin. This is the second time that Orkin has scheduled someone to come out to my home and service my property and they did not show. Orkin never gave me a courtesy call that the service was canceled or that their representative was not coming. Customer service did not call to reschedule the missed pre-rescheduled appointment.
