Have a Major Springtails problem 3 Bug guys that knocked on my door after many applications couldn’t not slow the Springtails down in fact their doing better, expanding their range I hope this works As it says in your ad “ Exterminator” l hope so!!
The service was good, but scheduling could use some work. After setting my appointment date and time via text it was rescheduled without asking my preference of date and time. No one contacted me to let me know the appointment had been changed so I sat home waiting for them to show up. I’ve used them in the past and have not had this kind of issue with scheduling before.
At first, they were very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. I called because of an ant problem, they assured me the problem was termites, and now I have been paying for many termite bait stations that have never seen any activity while the ant problem remains completely unchanged. They responded quickly enough in the past, until I made this observation, and now they seem to be ghosting me.
The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the chemicals he used were safe around our pets.
