I would give zero Stars if I could. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with any company. First, we had them for 4 months and still had the same problem we started with. The treatment did not work at all. Second, terrible customer service. All I asked was that they call me before they show up. I'm lucky enough that I own my own business and can step away from what I'm doing and go to my home at any given time. That wasn't enough. Nathanial Cheatom was very polite and answered all of our questions. Sprayed inside and outside. He even cleaned off the spider webs off the inside of the porch!!! Highly recommend Orkin and Nathanial. Also, Orkin keeps you informed with texts and emails of when they will be coming out.
Complete terrible experience we had a guy at our house and the entire time he was there he was making sexual comments and suggestions to my wife while she was home alone the entire time and when I called to explain what happened and asked that that guy either be fired or not return to my house they sent the exact same guy and when I called back to cancel the services they gave me a wild run around and still will not cancel my services they keep saying well send it to our manager but have yet to do so I’ve called 5 times and ... read more
