Service was successful. After the first 3 months of service, communication with them was horrible. I ended up late for work and other appointments because I'd wait within the window and no one would come. I'd ask for phone calls prior to someone coming to the house to ensure someone could answer the door because my mother is unable to walk to the door - no phone calls.
