So far, I’m not impressed whatsoever. They’ve told us three different prices multiple times. They auto-charged the wrong amount to our card, refunded it, and then decided it was going to be 50% more than what it was originally. After the first visit, they decided they wanted to come back the next week. This is supposed to be month-to-month service, and they said every 30 days. I’m not paying you once a week to come out. Max is very knowledgeable and provided great service. He explained every step of the way and we also discussed the billing cycles. He covered many questions that I had to make sure that I was well informed.
