I recently discovered we had bed bugs!! I had never had them but heard the horror stories and hoped I never did! I called Orkin and, even though they didn't know me, they were great. Ray, from Orkin, did my treatment and every interaction with him was informative and professional, and kind. Even though we couldn't be ready on Monday this week, and needed more time, he saw that it was scheduled for today, which meant a lot.
