We had Christopher visit today, he called us and asked what were our main concerns and he followed up on every detail and covered as well as explained what he had done. I recommended him highly as he is a great asset for their company! Thank you Christopher!
August, 2025 update - after additional run around, missed and incomplete appointments, and lack of follow through from both staff and management, we received a call back from the newly installed branch manager, Tamika. Although it was too late for her to save our account, she was good to her word and did follow through on her promise to provide us a refund for the unused portion of our contract. Orkin was professional, courteous, punctual, and transparent which sets them apart from the competition. Robert, the exterminator, is very good at what he does and is an asset to the company.
Drew came out to treat a bee hive in our wall. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
