Drew was personable and professional. He also explained the bait traps well and had enough to deploy… now it’s on us to keep our toddlers out of them 🤣
Robert, my technician, called ahead to let me know when he was going to arrive. I also receive text confirmation a few days ahead, which is super helpful. While at my house, he is thorough, asks if there are any concerns, is respectful and does a great job.
