All my encounters I have had with both the office staff and technicians have been positive. Excellent communication and service. Although various service options were presented to me, I did not feel pressured into services I did not want.
Tim was excellent from start to finish. He was very kind and professional both over the phone and in person, which immediately put us at ease. His communication was clear and consistent, and he took the time to thoroughly inspect our home without rushing. What really stood out was how detailed he was in explaining everything, he made sure we understood what he was looking for, what he found, and what the next steps could be. We'd highly recommend him to anyone!
