Absolutely low quality product and rude staff. L was not happy with my technician nor the product. Had to call repeatedlly and when I did try i was ignored.. I am canceling this service..I dont see any results and they're method is just very strange. I am Done with orkin. Done!
My experience with Orkin didn’t start out horrible but it definitely ended up that way. First of all they charge more than $50 for a house that’s less than 1000 sqft when my parents house is over 3000 sqft and they pay $30 a month. But that’s not what made me the most upset. They came the first time to treat our house for fleas and that ended up working out really well because we were dealing with a pretty bad infestation at the time and they did get rid of those for us.
