Victor is awesome! Friendly and always flexible to accommodate my work schedule. 10/10 would recommend ORKIN because they hire people like Victor.
Everything was great at first, they kept switching technicians and I would never know when they were coming. When I called to cancel multiple times they never did and kept coming. I told them they could not spray because we have beehives and they continued anyway. The office manager is extremely rude. **Edit to add, Brian did call me and fix the situation. all the technicians have been polite and courteous.
Respectful and knowledgeable
We had an issue with roaches but since our orkin guy Richard has serviced our inside and outside perimeter of our home we have had no issues. I highly recommend orkin for any of your pest issues. we have had an amazing turnabout with ours.
