Alex called to inform me he was on his way. He was very punctual and professional and listened to instruction given.
Alex is always professional, very knowledgeable of pests and goes above and beyond in his job.
We were greeted by a friendly pest guy with good customer service. He showed up an hour before he was suppose to come. It's been over a week since the first yard treatment and I can already see the difference. I would recommend Orkin to anyone who doesn't want to waste time and money on chemicals and dusts that could potentially harm your pets. Orkin is environmentally friendly and in the long run, worth every penny.
