Working with this company has been a TERRIBLE experience. We did not receive all of the treatments we paid for, they set traps once and never came back. Inspector said he would order stuff, and said he would call us back and that was three weeks ago. And now It's been almost five weeks with Orkin making appts and then NO CALL NO SHOWING. Cancelling is a joke and you have to jump through hoops. We demanded a refund due to their "money back guarantee " and was denied. Basically paid hundreds of dollars for $30 worth of traps. ... read more
