This was part of our 5 year inspection that was included with our testing a few years ago. Gabriel was very professional, dressed very well, and answered our questions.
We continuously have a great experience with Bill Gonzales our pest control technician. He always does an excellent job, communicates well before his arrival, and is consistently professional and friendly during every visit. Our dog especially looks forward to seeing him because he always brings her treats which is so sweet! We truly appreciate his reliable service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Orkin for pest control especially Bill as your technician.

I had a nightmare experience with Aptive pest control. It wasn’t the first guys who came out and did the outside of my home, it was trying to get them to come do the inside. The website, texting and calling were all horrible experiences. I kept scheduling appointments and they’d cancel them, not tell me and have me taking off of work waiting for their 4 hour window, not show up and then be rude/dismissive, set an appointment for the next day and do it again.
