I found the Orkin technicians to be very polite, courteous, thorough, and professional. They covered their shoes upon entering my home, thoroughly answered all my questions, and inspected my home inside and out, detailing how Orkin could help my specific circumstances. Definitely 5 star service from the technicians!
I contacted Orkin on July 18 with the below message. I have received no response. When I signed up for an annual service plan on July 8, I was told my initial appointment would be the following day, that the technician would inspect all around my house, basement, attic, garage, and that the appointment would take approximately two hours. Orkin always provides excellent service. They keep our home bug and pest free. Our tech William is great. He always checks to see if we need anything additional. I highly recommend Orkin!
