Terrible.Customer service and I cannot get anybody to follow-up with me on a bill.We were overcharged with and already paid. Nobody seems to want to help

The techs have been great but not the customer service! Overbooking us and still no service!!! So we heard mice in the wall and called Orkin to get an estimate. Inspector came out and was finishing up, having us sign the contract when I get a text that the tech will be there soon.
