The service was great. Edgar was thorough in his inspection and explained the process of what he was doing. He let me know what he was done and said he would check in next week.
The tech who came to our house, Mario Garcia, was great. Very nice and friendly, very knowledgeable about his work, and very sympathetic to our problem. It is obvious that he loves what he does, and he makes it show in his work and demeanor. He clearly explained everything the Orkin contract would entail, he did a thorough examination of the problematic interior areas, as well as a thorough extermination of the house’s exterior.
