We are very happy with Orkin and the staff members are always helpful. Kim is very nice and does an excellent job addressing any insects/bugs that are causing a problem around my home. It’s absolutely worth the price! Plus I appreciate how she is very professional and can answer any questions that I may have.

Orkin customer service is terrible. local service swiches techs every few months. Good luck calling in and not being disconnected or sent around in their que countless times until you just give up. Worse yet, as soon as you get comfy with a tech you get a new guy. We have had four in just over 2 years. That says a lot. Charles the manager is who we were referred to as they decided it was accepetable to increase your contractual amount and raise it over 20% without advising ahead of time or getting approval to do so.
