They’ve always done right by me. I don’t ever see bugs in my business.

Would give zero stars if I could. Had an inspector come out and told me "well, that looks like a termite". I responded with "looks like, or is?" and he didn't know. He could not identify any of the bugs that were around my home. I asked why he didn't even suggest a ground treatment and all he said was "We can't help you." Please use XOut, they are professional, quick and incredibly helpful.
This is the worst company I've ever worked with. I asked them to help me with my ant problem. Jesse the inspector upsold me on getting termite treatment instead, saying it would deal with the ants. Now the ants are STILL THERE and my warranty doesn't cover that because according to them I got treated for termites, not ants. Great, now I'm out nearly 3 thousand dollars and I still have the original problem I called them for. Not to mention I had one specific instruction that the technicians just didn't follow. I had an unexpectedly disappointing customer service experience with Orkin, despite being a loyal customer for over a year with regular service. I recently called about a cicada killer issue, and the technician who came to my home told me it could be treated right then and there.
