If I could give 0 stars I would! We came home from a family trip and there was a terrible smell in our house. We called Orkin to see what was going on and they decided to use scare tactics on us! They told us that we had so many rats we might get hontovirus. They then charged us 18,000 dollars!!!!!! They looked me in the eyes while I was sobbing and told us that it would cost that much money. We decided to get a second quote and they said that we had about 4 rats and it would only cost about 2,000 dollars. I highly recommend... read more

I scheduled a termite inspection and I was told to be at the site from 2pm to 4 pm. No one showed up, I called twice and after 4 pm when I called they said they missed assigning technician, so nobody showed up, What? I traveled 1 hour to be at the site for inspection and they don’t even apologize. Never Orkin again , so disappointed 😢
Always friendly, always timely, very helpful and explain what’s going on. Always ask if there are special needs. I’m always very satisfied with their work and the results.
