Local Madison office must have major staffing issues - I have documented 11 times of miscommunication, no followup, and missed appointment visits. I will never use Madison Orkin again and strongly recommend using a different pest control service
Our local orkin office in south central Wisconsin has been very difficult to communicate with. No notice of visits, not adhering to recommended or requested visits and schedules. I’ve spoken with nice customer service reps who leave messages with the local office to please contact us to resolve issues and they do not respond. Orkin used to be much better to work with but it’s on downhill since then.
Very satisfied with Orkin taking care of my Pest Control needs recently. James the initial applicator,and Derek with the two follow up inspections so far were both very prompt and efficient and do a great job. Would recommend the investment and worth it when the situation really warrants it.
