Absolutely horrible experience with Orkin!! I had contacted them on July 23rd!! In regards to receiving new bug lights and light bulbs for my bug lights! They came and serviced the building and i was told bug lights would be in and dropped off to the building…fast forward to (July 31st Thursday) still no bug lights!! I still call respectfully and ask what’s going on she then informs me she needs to send another person out to inspect everything and have me sign the paper work for a new bug light which she did! I am completely satisfied and even thrilled with the personal attention to detail that ORKIN displayed. This technician was professional and informative that she took the time to thoroughly explain everything that she did including the techniques and materials used. She also went to size that although probably not needed she would be glad to come back anytime in the next 30 days. I highly recommend this company.
Don Hardy did a great job!! Prompt, efficient and effective! Asked permission to use insecticide and explained things to me. He told me to give it a a couple of days for all the bald faced hornets to die, if we saw any in the next couple of days, just call and he'd be back out here. He also checked all around the outside of the house for any other wasps, hornets, etc...I just checked where he treated earlier, no hornets around, and it's only been 3 hours! Can't thank Don, and Orkin enough!
The Orkin person arrived on time. She was very professional. I had a wasp problem by my front door and actually was stung. She used several products, not only at the site but all around my house. When she walked around she found another nest in the process. I was so happy to get rid of them. I spent $400 which I thought was reasonable but some may think it is overpriced. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend them to anyone.
