Our Orkin tech was on time, capable, professional and willing to explain the process he would use. Communication with the company in making arrangements was well handled by Orkin as well. This has been our 3rd service by Orkin and we have been satisfied each time.
I am still having something digging under me after paying thousands of dollars and was told if all the insulation was taking out that the animal..would be gone..one of the employees said you don't take all the insulation out on a trailer..so I hope orkin is gonna get back here soon and get this fixed .and get rid of what's under my trailer ..and finish insulationing it .I've called several times and talked to sandy and I don't and she said Brandon is out on the road .I'm a customer to..and The other guy.i think his name was ... read more
They were on time and very thorough. Professional, I recommend them for your pest problems.
Came out a second time for a big yellow jacket wasp nest. Despite the nest mostly gone still made the effort to rid the rest and make the place safe. Great attitude!
