Nasty yellow jacket infestation in our basement and we were unable to find a nest. Chris Young from Utica Orkin came promptly (done within 3 hours of initial call) He was competent, courteous and explored the basement thoroughly without finding a nest. He then sprayed the edge of the foundation and window wells and other orifices outside the house. He found the entry point at the edge of the roof and siding and did a thorough application.
