We have been using Orkin for 3 years now and we have not had a single problem. In the beginning, if I found a dead bug that I didn’t recognize I would call and send them a picture of it and they would send a tech out each time to check the house and let me know everything is ok. After the first 6 months of service, I haven’t called them for anything. They are here every 3 months and never have a problem if I need to reschedule.
