I do not know what is going on with Orkin anymore. They have become completely unreliable. It is truly mind boggling. I have been with Orkin for many years. They always used to be very reliable. I knew that my quarterly regular service was originally on the 2nd Wednesday of every 3rd month. Somehow, that got switched to the 3rd Wednesday, but that was OK, it was still a date that I could rely on. NOW, I never know when they are coming. Very friendly from the start of the phone to in person. Reasonably priced and now we have a peace of mind for no more pests. I spoke to Trish via text message the day before and she was able to fulfill my needs for the house pest control. Was able to get me scheduled the best day. Warren D. was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. Was able to explain things in detail to me. I can't say more positive things about the employees that i interacted with in this company.
