I was an Orkin customer for several years with their Manassas location.. They started out great but then they had employees leave the company and I was told by one of their employees that they scheduled too many appointments in one day and there was no way they could complete them all. Then they would show up late or would have to reschedule for another day after I waited all day for them to show up. Michelle Stergel treated my house for hornets. She was professional, very knowledgeable and treated the area as we expected! Because of Michelle’s excellent service we are cancelling our current pest control service and signing up with Orkin. Highly recommend Orkin as reliable, on time and efficient pest service.
Michelle with Orkin was awesome. Even my dog, who’d doesn’t like anyone, liked her! She was knowledgeable and personable, and as a woman it was nice to have another woman helping me.
