Orkin has been scheduled to visit my home on three separate occasions over the last 4 weeks. They have failed to show up to the appointments each time. 2 out of the 3 times they failed without even calling me before or after. I've been on the phone with their customer service and talked to at least 4 different representatives who all promised me that they would have someone from the local office reach out to me. I have yet to receive a single inbound call from anyone at Orkin.
Jakiem and Aaron were exceptional. Very detailed and very manner-able.
Orkin is a fantastic company. Our servicer William does an outstanding job in making sure all our needs are met.
