Wow. Had to cancel my services due to a change in income. Angela on the phone was really not wanting to do that. She kept talking about changing the frequency when I repeatedly asked her to cancel it. And then she got an attitude with me, laughed, said “well get them canceled” and hung up the phone. Now I have to spend more time calling somewhere else to make sure this woman did what she said she was going to do.
Patrick did an exemplary job. Very professional and knowledgable.
Had bald face hornets ,was here when they said he'd be here,Fred did a great job explaining everything he would do ,hornets are exterminated
The guy who came was very nice and made sure everything was done. He also left us know it will increase for a few days then we should slowly stop seeing the ants.
