Wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. Bare minimum in terms of services, and then if you want to cancel services, good luck. Be ready for hours of waiting on the phone, talking to bots, repeating the same info over and over. Terrible customer service, huge waste of time and money.
Matt is the best tech we've ever had at Orkin and we've been clients for 10 years at least. Very professional, fast, and always asking what we're seeing for pests in the house. He's the top notch of Orkin!
