Listened to my concerns and took the time explaining as he went. Put 3 traps down yesterday and this morning 3 mice were caught! I think we need more mousetraps put down please. Shout out to Bobby!!
Orkin is great and Troy is the best!
Our carpenter ant problem seems to be resolved at this point. So grateful for that as our main house is 52 years old now and has some beautiful wood features. I always appreciate how Troy checks in with questions about what we are or are not seeing. The approach to each visit is then customized based on our responses to his questions. Thank you Troy!
