Well, this was my first experience with bedbugs that we found out somebody transferred to our house and I will be the first to say I am traumatized by this, but the staff at Orkin are beyond amazing. I had an appointment set up for a visit on Friday morning and no one showed. I then called to inform them and to reschedule for the following Monday 9-11am window and no one showed nor called. I once again called to inform them and the representative was most understanding and said she would personally call the technician and guaranteed they would show up between 4-6 pm on Monday.
