Pest Control Technician was knowledgeable. However inspector did not do a thorough investigation outside of home for rodent entry points.I noticed vents uncovered in back of home ( potential rodent entry point) after service was completed. He did not notice it. He inspected basement and garage pretty good. Gave good recommendations. I wish he could have showed me where the traps were set in the attic in person or with pictures. We are not receiving notice of appointments. I haven't received the bill this month yet, so I was surprised of the appointment. But I paid the tech so that the bill is payed on time.
