We are still, at 3:30, waiting for our 12:30 technician. Orkin was very prompt and helpful before we paid them, but not so much for a prepaid follow-up visit. Not even an apology or late notification.
DO NOT SEEK ENCAPSULATION OR ANY WORK BESIDES SPRAYING, because they are only capable of spraying your home for bugs…. But definitely remind them of your free range chickens or they’ll lay down the wrong pest control. We paid 14k for an encapsulation that WASNT finished, 15ft of our crawlspace was left untouched for months. The manager came out and confirmed the job was not finished AFTER at least 3 calls out to the company about water and critters still getting in. We called on Sunday afternoon, inspectors came on Monday morning, and an exterminating crew did the job on Wednesday. They were quick and reasonably priced.
