Showed up on time! Our technician, Mike Downey is knowledgeable, informed and professional. I had many questions and concerns which he answered to my satisfaction and relief. I like that Orkin does it all and that I do not have to figure out what to buy, whether it will work, then crawl around looking for problem spots. I feel confident our situation is under control. Whew! One less headache.
Hope at the Traverse City Orkin office is the best at Customer service. She was very helpful, and we’re looking forward to enjoying a more “bug free” summer!
