We had Orkin come out officially 2 years ago. They charged us $20k to redo our attic. Just to now find out when they sealed our house up they only used steel wool. They did not caulk it in. In fact steel wool will rust/ shrink and fall out. They said they were putting up a screen to prevent animals over our attic vent windows they used window screen… which a squirrel chewed with no issue and we have mice again.
