This was a follow-up on a previous bat extermination. All went well; Matt found some new entry points; extermination crew will follow to plug these entry points. Matt is a fantastic asset for Orkin.
Morgan came out to the house today after we found evidence of rodents in our home. They were able to calm down my critter anxiety AND get us started on a plan to deal with this well in the long term. Morgan also talked to my teenagers about their interests and generally was delightful. I appreciate their empathy and concern for my stress in a stressful situation and I value their wisdom in how to handle the problem. Thanks Morgan!
